Every woman and man enjoys being complimented with flawless comments leaving an individual to do further introspection on the outfit that one chooses to wear, to feel that it is comfortable to wear it with empowerment and does your final outfit send an appropriate message to the different individuals at a workplace or at a social engagement when choosing what to wear.

It is common to find many women who want to feel empowered and flirtatious at the same time to boost their body image and self-esteem to feel good for themselves and at times for a particular social engagement they get to attend.

It is not easy to go out shopping to find the ideal outfit to expecting to buy on a budget sometimes females don’t always find it easy to buy good quality textile clothing for many economical reasons such as being a student, being a young professional or a yummy mummy who recognises the importance of value in everything that is being purchased for especially when it comes to clothing.

Over time it becomes essential to try to be fair with yourself for instance you might find that you have heaps of clothing in your closet and have you an social engagement that you like to attend but you struggle to convince yourself that you can mix and match the clothes you currently own without trying to spend more than you should.

Part having a great outfit makes a woman feel good about who they are in their bodies whether they are short, tall, slender or rotund.

Women tend to feel less of who they are because they are being categorised to be appreciated and complimented based on their body weight and how well does an outfit go with their weight. Common words such as “thick” or “slim-thick” are being used across social media platforms to either attract followers or to gain a appreciation of a specific health lifestyle that followers can implement into their lives.

A healthy lifestyle is essential to every woman and man that wants to fulfil a goal that will have a positive change to their weight, eating habits, self –esteem and importantly self image.
