Loving yourself is one of the most important characteristics that any woman should grace herself with on a daily basis. Whereas it can be quite a challenge for many young women who can find it difficult to appreciate their natural beauty based on various reasons such as scars, stretch marks, height, weight and sometimes how their body features is structured.

Many people have experienced some sort of hurtful criticism, remarks and opinionated comments that has given critics the confidence to talk about beauty and physical appearance

In a manner that makes a person cringe and feel unsatisfied with the body features they have.

Accepting who you are can be one of the biggest challenges even with the scars that one has to live with forever, it takes far more hard emotional work to appreciate the differences within the your physical beauty and natural beauty. Yet sometimes we feel obliged to put pressure on ourselves to fee like we need to please those who we admire to admire us in return hoping that will built into a maintainable relationship.

Hence it can be difficult to know whether does the person who you admire appreciates you more than just pleasing their satisfaction or can they actually show and express their true feelings and emotions about how they feel about you without having your own assumptions that they appreciate when the both of you engage with each other based online communication.

Believing in yourself comes with great filters of confidence to acknowledge that you will do whatever it takes to embrace yourself until society can see and feel that you feel comfortable in your body features and physical appearance.

Law student & Sorme’ Cosmetics South Africa’s brand ambassarder. Thembelihle Nkosi shows acknowledgement within her natural beauty and graces her physical appearance with profound confidence and she is not afraid of going the extra mile to accomplish her goals in modeling and leadership.
